I have been having hypertensive episodes as long as I can remember. I believe my struggle with hypertension started when I reached menopause at 52. First I thought it had something to do with my Iron intake and had my doctor check me for vitamin deficiency but after the initial check up I learned that it was one of the effects of undergoing menopause. I thought that hypertension would be an easy to manage disease because of all the information and support that my doctor provided all those years but I suppose I was part of those unlucky ones who struggled with medication and could not find the right combination of antihypertensive drugs to keep my blood pressure at a normal state.
I became frustrated with it and soon enough decided to stop taking care of my problem altogether. But when I felt the effects of an unmanaged hypertension slowly degrading my lifestyle, I knew I had to take a more radical and effective approach to managing my blood pressure to avoid complications such as a stroke. A friend of mine suggested looking into homeopathic remedies as well as alternative means of managing hypertension. I stumbled on negative ion therapy research on the web and read about countless patients who have provided testimonies as to how negative ion bracelets helped reduce their hypertension as an assistive mechanism to prescription drugs.
At first I was a total skeptic but taking on a leap of faith I decided to purchase a negative ion bracelet and necklace and see if there were favorable results. Lo and behold! I took the same cocktail medication but this time with my negative ion accessories on me the whole time and even my daughter was surprised as to how well maintained my blood pressure was and how close it was to normal values! I tell you, if you are suffering from hypertension then you need to give this a try, after all what’s stopping you from a trying out a potentially powerful method that will improve your quality of life significantly?
Darryl Allen, author of this article is also interested in negative ion and recommends you to please check out everlasting energy if you liked reading this information.
