Negative Ions help manage asthma

Up until two years ago I had been battling the worst case of asthma. I have had it since I was a little girl, and there were times that my asthma attack was so bad that I had to be confined to the hospital for weeks. For many people asthma can be a condition that a person outgrows once they have developed a resistance to the allergen. Unfortunately for me I was allergic to dust particles in the air which meant I was allergic to 96% of the air around me. I remember my mom would joke about having me live in a stasis pod filled with sterilized air so that I could avoid having an asthma attack for even just one week.
For years I have had a restrictive lifestyle always having to consider if I could get an asthma attack if I did something or went somewhere. Because of my asthma I lost out on several childhood and teen experiences and didn’t get to be as outgoing as I wanted. It was a blessing when I met someone who had chronic asthma but was able to turn his life around thanks to air ionization.
At first I was seriously skeptic about ionizing my air and how negative ions are good for you. But when I found out that salt mine treatment was one of the most effective methods of managing severe asthma and was used in several countries because the air inside a salt mine was completely ionized and dust free, I knew I had to give it a shot. I bought an air ionizer for my home and my car and I have to say that my quality of life has been significantly increased. Now, I don’t have any more asthma attacks at home or when I drive and when I feel like I am about to have one I just turn to my ionizer and I get the relief I need in a matter of minutes.
